INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Pork chops (boneless)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of the pork chops with oil.
  3. 3 In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar and spices.
  4. 4 Rub both sides of the pork chops with the spice mixture.
  5. 5 Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. 6 Air fry for 8-9 minutes at 400°F (200°C), flipping halfway through. For maximum flavor, let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before eating them.
