  • 03 8 cups mixed lettuce leaves (packed)

  • 06 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 07 4 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)
  • 08 1 ripe avocado (diced)

  • 10 1 small sweet onion (chopped)
  • 11 4 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil (divided)
  • 12 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 13 1/2 a fresh lemon (juiced)
